Now Open: Rosa survey of workplace sexual harassment

Hill Strategies is incredibly proud to be part of a new, groundbreaking survey that aims to make change in the arts community.

The Rosa survey of workplace sexual harassment in the Canadian performing arts, film, and television industries is now open to respondents. The survey, called The Change You Want to See, was designed in partnership with our friends at Rosa, informed by Alix MacLean's expertise in sensitive and accessible question design, and led by Kelly Hill's extensive survey experience.

Who is the survey for? Canadian union and non-union contract workers in the performing arts, film, and television industries. This includes (but isn’t limited to) performers, crew members, screenwriters, playwrights, choreographers, set / costume / production designers, cinematographers, directors, production and post-production workers, and arts administrators and managers.

What about Canadians working outside of the country? Yes, please.

What about students who are working toward a career in these industries? Yes, as long as you are 18 years of age and older.

The survey will be available until October 23rd.
