DCD Announces Leadership Change

Dance Collection Danse (DCD) is implementing significant staff changes effective immediately.

Co-founder/Director Miriam Adams, C.M., will shift her role to that of Co-founder/Advisor remaining a part of the organization that she and her late husband, Lawrence Adams, began in 1986. Miriam will play an important role as advisor to all staff members but will pass the leadership of the organization to long-time employee Amy Bowring.

Currently Director of Collections and Research, Amy Bowring will become the Executive and Curatorial Director. This is the result of a succession plan over 20 years in the making. Amy first worked for DCD through the Ontario Arts Council’s Summer Experience program in 1993. Continue reading HERE
