Annual General Meeting of the members
Each year the Canadian Dance Assembly hosts an Annual General Meeting for its members no later than 6 months after the fiscal year end. The annual reports generated for these meetings include financial statements, reports from the president, staff, and treasurer as well as the advocacy, governance and nominating committees.

Strategic Plan
As part of the Canadian Dance Assembly’s ongoing commitment to planning and evaluation, the organization went through a strategic planning process in the fall of 2009. This current plan will take the organization into year 2013.
